A Berry Pretty Golden Globes!

This year’s Golden Globes was as chic as ever, especially when it came to all the famous faces walking the red carpet. Sleek, simple hair and various shades of juicy fruit salad stained kissers were abundant this year, but with a few standing out, of course! Our top 5, in our humble opinion, took the cake!

Cate Blanchett kept her lashes full and fluttery, and hair in a vintage wave, but even her dazzling diamond earrings couldn’t outshine her raspberry lips.

Sarah Paulson was as beautiful as ever with her Damone Roberts’ perfected brows, and ever so subtle smokey eye; however, her bubble gum pout complemented her complexion perfectly.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum made sure she wasn’t missed by slicking back her hair with a deep, side part, showing off her DR brows, and slicking on a bright, strawberry hued lip lacquer, which set off her softly bronzed skin beautifully.

Lupita Nyong’o was picture perfect with dark lined eyes, full lashes, and creamy skin, setting the stage for a stunning pomegranate glazed pout.

Sophia Vergara knew what to do with her blown out locks and fabulously winged eyeliner— make her fast talking mouth take center stage with a delicious watermelon hue!

Now if you’re ready to go out and rock these red carpet looks, make sure you have your lips in the best shape possible and are sporting some colors with serious staying power!

XO!

Congratulations to Damone Roberts client, Sarah Paulson, for her Emmy win for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie 2012, Game Change.  I had the pleasure of doing her for the Emmy’s last night…such a beautiful woman!
Red Carpet Fashion Awards had this to say about her Emmy look:
Sarah Paulson hit the red carpet in Hollywood on Sunday evening for the 2012 Emmy Awards.
The ‘American Horror Story’ star looked beautiful in an embellished Reem Acra Resort 2013 gown.
Showing off one of fall’s hottest trends, blue and black, I love this strapless gown with floral detailing.
Keeping her hairstyle and make up simple was the right idea for such an intricate dress.
A black box clutch and show-stopping Lorraine Schwartz earrings complete the look.

Emma Stone ~Dress, Hair And Make-Up…Perfection At ‘The Amazing Spider Man’ Premiere

‘The Amazing Spider-Man’ starlet has been showing off such versatile looks recently – and once again impresses with her latest red carpet ensemble! Her edgy dress was so fashion forward — I love the way she pulled it off!

Emma Stone hit the carpet at the Adriano Cinema in Rome for The Amazing Spider-Man premiere Jun. 22, where she continued her stellar style streak, while promoting her upcoming summer blockbuster. The gorgeous blonde donned a black Bottega Veneta Fall 2012 gown. The halter dress had a peplum waist and was detailed with shimmering gold-and-green wave patterns — and it looked phenomenal on the star!

Emma complimented the look with Christian Louboutin ‘Pigalle’ pumps and a chic updo. Emma is certainly becoming a red carpet fashionista and I am loving her style from head to toe!

Two of my absolute favorite people in Hollywood are Channing Tatum(@channingtatum) & Jenna Dewan(@jennaldewan)! Not only are they both gorgeous, but they are also sincerely good people and extremely funny. I consider them friends!

This week I did Jenna’s makeup for The Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards. I must admit, having a canvas as flawless as Jenna’s, makes the job that much easier. I set up my equipment next to the pool in their beautiful home, had Jenna lay flat on her back on an outdoor chaise and began to paint.

On her eyes:

Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes Bronze in 10L

MAC Samoa Silk on her lid

MAC Wedge Shadow in her crease.

Cheeks MAC Blush in Style.

OCC Lip Tar in Hush

Lip Gloss was Motives for LaLa in Trend Setter(top color in picture)

Bobbi Brown Lipliner in Tawny

Framed it all off with Damone Roberts Brow Shadow in Minx (CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE)

Damone Roberts Oscar Round Up of BEST DRESSED!!!

#5 Rooney Mara-100% loved the hair & makeup, not 100% on the Givenchy Couture dress. I think it would have been stronger in a bold color. Nevertheless she looked beautiful!
#4 Glenn Close- She looked like a best actress nominee! Hair & makeup were beautiful & her Zac Posen dress was stunning (accessorized by Bulgari)! The color, cut & fabric were perfection.
#3 Angelina Jolie: that dress, that pose, that face! She murdered the competition with that beautifully cut In Atelier Versace dress & I love that red lipstick is making a comeback!

#2 Jennifer Lopez- Jennifer gives you STAR! The hair, makeup & Zuhair Murad dress were amazing!! She ALWAYS works the hair, makeup and dress together. I definitely would give Jennifer the award for most consistently fabulous!
#1- Gwyneth Paltrow- Wow! Gwyneth reminded me of Grace Kelly in her prime. She was absolutely stunning. The Tom Ford Couture dress, hair & makeup was flawless & a special shout out for the cape. Loved it! Special mention: Viola Davis rocking her natural hair was simply awesome. Such a beautiful woman that has stepped into her power. Go Viola!
